It is now not strictly a car-only version. It looks like it has more of a hybrid style of map.
There are a few points that make me believe this is the map that the title is mentioning.
The differences between this map and the old car-only map, although there are a few new features, are not numerous enough to suggest it is an entirely different map.
The "Save your game" menu is empty on this version. There are new features on this map though. (In the right top corner of the map)
On this version, the "Save Game" button has been removed.
The new "Save Game" menu is still shown after saving the game.
Factors involved in the binding of Neisseria meningitidis outer membrane porins to human monocytes.
The interactions between Neisseria meningitidis (Nm) and human monocytes were investigated. We found that monocytes actively phagocytosed Nm organisms that could be internalized by monocytes. We have demonstrated that Nm outer membrane porins (OMPs) are bound to monocytes via IgG antibodies. We have also shown that complement C1q and/or C3b participate in the binding of Nm OMPs to monocytes. Furthermore, we have demonstrated that C1q and C3b opsonized erythrocytes, like IgG-opsonized Nm, are bound to monocytes. Thus, our data suggest that Nm, like other gram-negative organisms, interacts with monocytes via three complementary pathways: via opsonized particles, via specific receptors, and via nonspecific adsorptive interactions.import {
